Hi there, If you have any issues with cats well then this might not be the right house for you because this little fella is very social & loves to cuddle up. The room is for single use only & you would be sharing the house with one guy in his 30’s but unfortunately he’ll be moving out soon and with myself, a mature woman Spacious house in a friendly residential area. Within 5 minuets walking distance to four of the main supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and village atmosphere. Excellent bus corridor 4 miles from the city. The house is well maintained, comfortable & spacious with a large kitchen, dining & sitting area at the back of the house and another living room to the front. With a sunny south west facing back garden The room has a comfortable bed & lots of storage and although it’s not en-suite there are 3 shower rooms in the house I’m looking for someone who can take responsibility for both the house and the cat when I’m away Thank you for taking the time to read this Sheelagh
