Single room to rent in family home. , Bus Stop (Knapton Court, stop 2044)- buses 111, E2, L25, L27 ) right outside the door, 5 mins walk to Dun Laoghaire and; Salthill DART stations, 5 minutes from Monkstown and; Dun Laoghaire villages, lots of parks, beach, the sea and harbour, and many nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and the big library (Lexicon) only minutes away. The room does not have an en suite but there is a large bathroom beside the bedroom that no one else in the family uses. Currently, one mum and two boys live in the house (two boys are 9 and 13 years old). Rent includes Wi-Fi, all bills, and use of the kitchen during certain times, as well as the utility room for washing /laundry, etc. Room for bikes etc.
