A bright and comfortable king-size bedroom is available for one female in a welcoming, owner occupied family home in Sutton, Dublin 13. The room is on the attic level and offers good storage space. There is one other female housemate on this level, and the two rooms share a bathroom and a comfortable lounge area with a sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is shared downstairs and forms part of the family's day to day living space. The house is in a lovely coastal location, close to beaches, harbour and coastal walks, with Sutton village shops around a 10-minute walk away. Transport links are convenient, with Dublin Bus Route 6 about 3 minutes' walk away, the H3 around 15 minutes away, and Sutton DART Station and Route 102 approximately 20 minutes' walk away. Dublin Airport is around a 20-minute drive. The home also has Wi-Fi, a large back garden and street parking. Utilities are shared separately based on usage. We are looking for a very clean, tidy, considerate and respectful female housemate who would be comfortable living with a family, young child and small dog. A longer term stay is preferred. If interested, please send a little information about yourself, your usual weekly routine, how long you are looking for accommodation, and your preferred move in date.
