Hi I have a spacious single bedroom to let in Dublin 10. It is a very Clean, cosy and peaceful place to live. It is not a party house. All amenities plus bus services are on the door step, Dublin city centre is 30 minutes away by public transport. lidl + bus stop is three minutes around the corner . The main shopping area is 15 minutes away by foot. There are parks, a gym with swimming pool, cafes, shops, library and college just in easy walking distance. Liffey valley retail park is 10 minutes away by public transport. The utility bills, cable tv, high speed WiFi, bedlinen supplied and laundered are included in the monthly rent €750. There is also a refundable security deposit of €750. Which is redeemable at the end of the contract term,once all is in order. The minimum stay is six months, Which can be extended once all is well. The Common areas must be kept clean at all times. Kitchen fully equipped, must be cleaned after use. Shower room electric shower plus mixer shower must be cleaned after use.
