There are currently four of us living here—all in our 30s and 40s. We’re a friendly and respectful group; we mostly do our own thing and enjoy a quiet, settled environment. We’re looking for a fifth person to join the house who is at a similar stage in life and looking for a long-term home (preference for a female). The House: Kitchen and a separate sitting room. Front and back gardens. Space for one car in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street (it's a quiet cul-de-sac). Location & Transport: The 122 bus is a 30-second walk. The 73 bus is a 4-minute walk. About an 8-minute walk to the Red Luas line. The Costs: Rent: €850 per month. Deposit: €850. Bills: Not included. We split electricity, gas, bins, and internet equally between the five of us.
