I am renting here myself, trying to find the right housemate to share this lovely house. It is myself, my beautiful Labrador, and 2x Maine coon cats. We have made it into an amazing home, very peaceful and always a bit entertaining with the pets. The ideal person loves animals (especially cats, as they are here all the time). You’re familiar with living with cats/dog and enjoys spending time with them, is tidy and respectful of our shared spaces. The location is unbelievable, the neighborhood community is warm and supportive with fresh farm products delivered biweekly. Located right beside Sean Moore Park and Sandymount Strand, and is a straight shot into the city, Ballsbridge or to the airport. Tesco just down the road. Free parking on the street but is first come first. The Room is a general size but with high ceiling so as to make it feel more spacious. Open to short term occupancy, possibly longer The house also offers a spare room that I will be occasionally using for work, but is available for guests to stay. Unable to rent this spare room for living as it does not have full privacy due to attached laundry room. Patio area is overgrown but can be made into a lovely garden area for a good Green Thumb. Please No smoking, vaping, recreational drugs, or excessive drinking. A bit about myself: Im easy going and have my business in D4. I am passionate about mental and physical health and would love to share a home space with a like mind. For the right person this place could be a dream.
