Looking for a quiet, tidy tenant, no pets (please disclose if you have a pet). Property is 2 mins away from St Lukes Cross, 10 mins from train station, 12 mins from Mccurtain Street/ City. Bills (internet/gas/electricity/refuse) are not included (around 200 every 2 months). Arrangement can be made to reduce the rent to 790 a month if only staying Monday - Friday morning (students). 1 month rent is required as a deposit. Please share some details about yourself (hobbies, + previous house share references required. A viewing can be arranged once your request has been reviewed and is successful (viewings won’t be until the May bank holiday weekend).
