A single room is available in a comfortable and modern family home in Glenageary. The house is 2 minutes walk to Glenageary DART station, 12 minutes walk to the 46A bus/ Dun Laoghaire DART and 7 minutes walk to the 7/ 45A bus routes. Included in the price; all bills, wi-fi, car space if needed, food for breakfast and lunch (both of these are self service), all bed linen and bathroom towels. The house is in a great location, only a short walk to the seafront, Glasthule, Sandycove, Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey, so lots of shops and foodie places near by. The area would suit a student attending Trinity College (literally door to door, only 24 minutes by DART), the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT), St. Nicholas Montessori College and Sallynoggin College of Further Education. The room is fully furnished (with a fold up desk). It is downstairs and there is a bathroom. The family (including the two children) sleep upstairs. We have a friendly dog and visiting cat in case of any allergies to pets. Required is one month's rent and a security deposit, both payable upfront please.
