1 large room to let in a four bedroom student house for the academic year (1st September 2024 to 31st May 2025). Each student has their own bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom. Three rooms have their own washing facility - sink and vanity unit. Three male students going into second year: Biomedical Engineering; Computer Science & Information Technology; Geographical Information Systems) are renting the other three rooms. The house is located right beside the University of Galway (5 minutes walk). The medical library and the University Hospital are a 3 minute walk. The house is located in a peaceful, central residential area with street lightening and is in a safe area a couple minutes walk to the University and library, canteen, university gym, etc. Parking permits can be obtained from the Council (Galway City Council). Short walk to the city center (7 minutes walk). Shops, restaurants, sports facilities and other services are all nearby. There are three small shops nearby and Aldi and Dunnes Stores are 15 minutes walk away. Bus stop on the door step. Train and bus station is less than 20 minutes walk - walk into Town to the Train/Bus Station or get the College Buses from the University of from the Cathedral (only a short walk away, 5 minutes walk). Nice spacious detached house on its own private grounds, clean, private, shed, not overlooked at the rear of the house where there is a nice private patio area. There is a clothes line to hang out clothes and an area for sitting and dining. Three large double rooms, wooden floors, blinds, tiles in Kitchen and bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have their own vanity units (sink/mirror/storage). Power shower in bathroom, oil heading (the boiler is outside in the shed), alarm. Broadband connectivity. Very good house for allergy suffers as the flooring is wood/tiles. There are blinds on all rooms and there are no carpets that would gather dust. Very easy to keep clean. The oil fired boiler is new and it is located outside the house. All bills are in tenants name. The usual bills are for the electricity (the cost will depend on how much electricity is used) and the oil heating (depends on how much oil is used). In the last academic year the 4 students paid 200 euro each for an oil fill that lasted them for the entire academic year and they each paid 57 Euro for this electricity for the academic year.
