The person MUST be clean and tidy. 10 min walk to city, 5 minute walk to rice bridge, 5-10 minute walk to greenway with SuperValu within very close walking distance. On street parking available but permit is recommended.. 550 paid in advance and 550 deposit will be required. Deposit will be held until all bills are paid and room is inspected. The remainder will then be paid over to the tenant after the move out.
