Great for having a balanced life, out from the city but close enough for a quick commute as and when needed. 5 min walk to the neighbourhood marketplace with centra, pharmacy, barber, local pub, off-licence and 4 takeaway joints. Bus stop next to the house (56a). Bus stops 10min walk (76, 76a, 777) 5 minutes walk to Red Line Luas Stop (Kingswood). Perfect to commute to the city (around 30 mins even in rush hour) 10-minute cycle to Aldi/Lidl and 15 minute cycle/bus/luas to Tallaght Square Shopping center. 5-minute drive to Tallaght Hospital. Multiple GPs nearby. 30-minute cycling to the City. 30 mins cycling to Dublin Mountains.
