Hi, we are looking for an housemate!! The house is very spacious and comfy, we have a front and back garden, located 3 minutes walking from Red Luas, 15min by bicycle from centre! We like to share our times during the week watching some movies, having nice chat in the kitchen, and respecting the most common "clean after yourself rules" + weekly cleaning to maintain the atmosphere nice and good (some of us WFH). We are a nice mix of English, Italian and Spanish too (two girls and two guys). Bills are not included (top-up system so we spend what we use) , so add to it: about 25electricity and 30gas (winter-time)+ 10internet if you need. We are looking for long term but we could be open to short time too. If any question please contact me!
