ROOM AVAILABLE IN SHARED HOUSE Comfortable room available in a spacious shared house. The room has a single bed and a private sink/washbasin. The house is shared with 4 other working adults. Although there are 5 people in total, the house is large and everyone has different work schedules, so it never feels crowded. The house includes: * 2 bathrooms * Fully equipped kitchen * Living room * Back garden We are looking for someone respectful and considerate. As everyone works different hours, keeping noise to a minimum is essential. Friends are welcome to visit, but we ask that you let the housemates know in advance so that everyone's schedules and privacy can be respected. We have a house cat, so this room is not suitable for anyone with cat allergies or for people who are very sensitive to pet hair. The house is kept clean and tidy. We follow a cleaning rota, with each housemate responsible for a specific area (kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, etc.) on a rotating basis. Please note: * No bleach products are allowed in the house due to a resident's allergy. * Bills are approximately €90 per month, depending on usage and utility costs. If you are clean, respectful, and looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house, we'd love to hear from you.
