Looking for a comfortable and relaxed living situation in Passage West? Our 3-story house with 4 bathrooms and a great kitchen might just be perfect for you! Currently, we have me, my partner, and 2 guys in their late 20's / mid 30s living in the house. The Ensuite Double Bedroom is cozy and comfortable with its own private bathroom. The ground floor has a strong water pump that ensures the showers are always powerful. The kitchen is truly a foodie's dream with a 6 Hob Gas Cooker with Dual Oven, built-in Microwave oven, slow cooker, blenders, and coffee machine. If you love to cook, this is the house for you! We have a very relaxed atmosphere in the house, and we all take turns cleaning at the weekends, so you'll only have to clean once a month. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk from the front door, and the Cobh Ferry is only 1km away. The area is very quiet, and friends and guests are always welcome to stay.
