This would particularly suit a student who attends college in Dublin during the week and returns home at weekends. We are a mother and 18-year-old student daughter offering a large, newly decorated single room in our quiet, comfortable and well-kept home in Scholarstown Wood, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. It is important to us that whoever joins our home keeps their bedroom, private bathroom and shared kitchen areas clean and tidy.
