111 Belmayne Park South, Belmayne, Clongriffin, Dublin 13

This is a very large room—about 30 square meters—that features its own small private garden and a private toilet. The costs are low; the actual bill is simply split equally among everyone. A 6-minute walk from the bus stop; supermarkets and pharmacies are nearby. My current housemates are two Asians and one Polish woman; everyone has a full-time job. They are all very nice, but since everyone is so busy, we hardly ever see each other. There is a large double-door refrigerator with ample storage space, a washer and dryer, and a cleaning service that comes weekly. Requirements: Be clean and quiet; no loud noise after 11 PM.
