About the house & room • The house is owner-occupied and includes shared living spaces: kitchen, bathroom, garden — plenty of room to relax and unwind. • The available room is furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe/closet, desk for study or work, and access to high-speed internet (fibre). • Utilities (heating, water, internet) are included in rent — so you pay a fixed amount monthly. • There is off-street parking, and the neighbourhood is peaceful yet friendly. Transport & Connectivity • Ballivor lies on the R156 regional road, between Mullingar and Trim — easy for car users. • Right outside the village (just a 1–2 minute walk from the house) is the bus stop “Ballivor Church,” served by the following bus routes: • Bus Éireann 115C: connects Ballivor with Mullingar and Kilcock (with onward connections to Dublin). • Bus Éireann 190: runs between Athlone and Drogheda, passing through Ballivor — handy for reaching larger towns nearby. • If you want to reach a train network or travel further afield: the bus to Mullingar takes around 40–45 minutes and from there you can catch a train. • For airport travel or late-night journeys, taxi services between Ballivor and Dublin Airport are available (about 55–60 min by taxi).
