The house includes 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large sitting room, a sunroom/dining room, a backyard with a shed for bikes and a spare unused room attached to the living room that can be used for a study space or any other purpose, as the bedroom room does not have much space. 10 minute cycle to NUIG/UG. 8 minute cycle to Eyre Square. 5 minute walk to 407 bus stop. House has a friendly cat that comes and goes. Rent is €800 per month, non-negotiable. Bills are usually €40-€60 a month, depending on electricity usage.
