At the moment we live in a 140 sqm house with two bathroom and a shared kitchen. I am the female owner and have two male tenants but unfortunately one moves out to move abroad. The room offered is very bright in the afternoon and evening, has a good shape and wooden floor. There is a desk in the room and some furniture. We can talk about changes. I offer my kitchen equipement to share but if you want to bring, we have to look for space in the cabinet. I am welcoming male and female tenants and it would be possible to accept a single mother with child as well as there would be a small room available for a child. As I share my house with tenants the chemistry between us is important and I prefer people who are interested in having a chat sometimes and taking care on each other. There is no need to be a total sociable person, but it is shared comfort and privacy and I respect my tenants as people with the need to feel home. Front and back yard to be used by tenants as well, we have a fire pit.
