13 Batt Donegan Place, Charleville, Co. Cork

Shared house with front and back yard to sit. Trees and green in front of the house. The room is in the first floor with shared bathroom. The room itself is small but with a nice view to the front and a cabinet under the window sill to put stuff in. The tenant can feel free to put any further things into the room. I am able to offer blanket and pillow and sheets/bed linen. The apartment is not serviced and we live a little bit like in a community. A proper shower is downstairs. I am a female owner with two male tenants and a female tenant would need to share the toilet with men. Think about it. The kitchen is open for all, everybody cooks his meals and uses all facilities. Electricity costs and heating charge comes on top with 50 Euro.
