The room is well furnished with plenty of storage and original fireplace. There is a modern bathroom right next to the room that you will share with two other lodgers The house is very spacious and has all the amenities you could need. There is a large reception room with high ceiling and large marble fireplace and a modern kitchen/dining areas. The kitchens are well equipped and with large cooker, fridge freezers, dishwashers, and all the other stuff you would expect. The front of the house has a good size garden and is south facing and gets lots of sun. There is also a large back garden that gets sun all afternoon. The room is at the rear of the house and like the back garden is amazingly quiet and peaceful, as is the entire house for a central city location. There is free parking on the street in front. There is space to store a bike inside the property. Tescos and Lidl are just a few minutes walk away, as is the post office and various café’s, restaurants and bars. A short walk will bring you into the heart of Stoneybatter with all its cafes, restaurants and pubs. Phoenix Park is 5 min walk in the other direction. Smithfield, with its cinema and even more bars and ever growing number of restaurants is a 15 minute walk, or no time on the bus. The property is twenty five minute walk into the city centre but there are lots of buses to get into town, as well as to Phibsboro and Blanchardstown. The LUAS Green line is ten minute walk from the property. You will be sharing the house with six people, as well as the owners at various times of the year. We, the owners, are an easy going male couple who have had the house for twelve years or so but are constantly improving it. Deposit of €750 is required in advance. The monthly rent of €750 is due on the first of the calendar month. The room is only available to one person, non-smoker.
