We are looking for new tenant for a room in Dublin 12 with a move-in date on the 3rd of August, 2026. Rent is 700 euros for the summer, and it includes the bills for gas, electricity, wifi, bins. (In winter, any amount exceeding the budget will be split evenly and charged separately.) The deposit is 590 and has to be paid before the agreed move-in date. The house is spacious with a back garden, big living room, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The room has a limited space for storage. Unfortunately it will probably have no space for a big desk. Different bus lines (122, 123, 27, 77a, 151 and S4), and Red line LUAS stop are all nearby, within a 15 minute walk. Aldi, Supervalu, Boots and local shops are all reachable by foot as well. Parties and/or guests are strictly NOT allowed, and since all the other 5 housemates are working, we prefer someone quiet. We're also looking for someone with prior experience living in a shared house. We like to keep the house quiet and clean, so we are looking for someone who is respectful, calm, clean and speaks a fluent level of English.
