2 Double Bedrooms – All Bills Included We are renting out **two bedrooms** on the top floor of our three-storey house. The rooms share a bathroom on the same floor. We are a **married couple** living on the second floor, and we’re genuinely keen to make this a **comfortable and private accommodation** for you, with an easy moving-in experience. --- #### What’s Included * **All bills included** – bins, WiFi, gas, electricity * **All room supplies ready for you** – brand new mattress, sheets, duvet, 1 premium pillow + 1 quality pillow, towels, hand towels, hangers ... (all shown in the photos) * **Bathroom supplies provided too** – depending on your preferred brands we will buy it * We can also add **any other reasonable items** you might need, like a desk, chair, or table * If we are in Dublin, we can offer to pick you up and your bags to make it easier to move --- #### Around the House * Kitchen has everything: microwave, oven, dough mixer, pressure cooker * For coffee lovers: **espresso machine & Nespresso machine** * Security cameras around the house and full alarm system (you’ll have access too) * Large and modern garden with garden furniture and BBQ coming soon * 1 parking slot available --- #### House Vibe * We’re looking for a **clean person who treats our home with respect** with almost no restriction except **No pets and no smoking** * Light alcohol is fine, but not preferred (we just don’t like strong smells) * For your privacy and comfort, we’re happy to consider any **reasonable requests** --- #### Location * Lidl just around the corner * 10 minutes to the Luas * Dunnes Stores, gym, and more all within walking distance --- Rent: 1000 Euro per room + 1000 Euro deposit The 2 rooms are identical, except one room gets sun in the morning, the other in the afternoon. #### Availability * **Available immediately** * If you’d like to apply or arrange a viewing, please send us an email with a little bit about yourself
