You will have: - access to high speed broadband - filtered drinking water - water softening system - rubbish / recycling service - use of kitchen, utensils and ware - on demand hot water for shower - cleaning of room and bathroom monthly Electric and gas bills and some utility bills are extra and calculated every two months. Sharing use of household bathroom, you are expected to clean bathroom after use and maintain excellent levels of hygiene at all times. Room has a floor to ceiling single wardrobe, additional shelving, wifi, and double electric/usb sockets. You are expected to clean your room and maintain excellent levels of hygiene at all times. You will have use of kitchen space and room in the household fridge. You are expected to clean kitchen worktops and equipment after each use and maintain excellent levels of hygiene at all times. All waste is expected to be recycled properly. There will be a fee for any contamination of recycle bins. Located 5/7 minutes walk to 39/39a/39x bus and close to Hansfield/Clonsilla Train Stations. 15 minutes to Ongar village / Littlepace shops. House is occupied by homeowners. House is non-smoking but smokers can use the garden. Rent is 750 euro per month - or part there off and due on agreed date. Electric and gas bills and some other utilities are extra and will be shared between household every two months. 850 euro deposit to be paid before taking room. It is expected that 1 months notice will be given before leaving. If adequate notice is not given the deposit will be lost. This deposit includes key and alarm fob.
