You will have use of kitchen space and room in the household fridge. You are expected to clean kitchen worktops and equipment after each use and maintain excellent levels of hygiene at all times. All waste is expected to be recycled properly. Located 5/7 minutes walk to 39/39a/39x bus and close to Hansfield/Clonsilla Train Stations. House is occupied by homeowners. House is non-smoking but smokers can use the garden. Rent is 650 euro per month - or part there off. Bills are extra. 750 euro deposit to be paid before taking room. It is expected that 1 months notice will be given before leaving. If adequate notice is not given the deposit will be lost. This deposit includes key and alarm fob.
