I just purchased this property as a new build and am in the process of furnishing it fully. Everything within the property will be brand new including the furniture. Seven mills is also a new town that’s currently being built outside of clondalkin and is serviced by 2 train stations and a bus route. There is tonnes of green space, it’s also located on the grand canal so you can cycle all the way into the city center. There is a new coffee shop a 5 minute walk away. There is retail space in development which should include a gym and other shops. As for bills there’s only internet and electricity. Internet is 2gb and will be €20 a month. Electricity bills will be variable but as the property is A2 energy rated the heating won’t have much impact on the bills. Looking preferably for a guy, you’ll be living with two other gay guys, 32 and 34 and our small cavapoo dog - Kylo. Therefore, you absolutely must be a dog lover. I work in pharmaceuticals and work 12 hour day shifts but sometimes work on call which can be during the night any day of the week. We’re both pretty fun but also working professionals, we have some friends in the area and will likely host drinks and get togethers sometimes.
