Cozy and sunny room in Dublin to rent in Dublin 8 LGBT friendly. We have a spacious room for rent for 900 a month excluding bills. The bills will be divided between people, so you don't have to worry about paying too much. The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe, and you will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. Our home is very close to the city center and public transports. You can walk to the Luas and bus stops in 3 minutes, or to the Guinness Storehouse in 8 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. We are looking for someone who can rent the room for 4 months initially with possible extension (wont know till later in the year), available immediately.
