Single room to rent in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, where a total of 3 people will live (two of us at the moment until we find our new flatmate :D) The room has a single bed, a 3-door wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. There is space to put a study or work desk if desired. We could add an extra small wardrobe with a mirror door if preferred. We are looking for an organised person who keeps the common areas clean after use and respects the quiet atmosphere of the house. Price: €650 per month, including internet, rubbish collection and cleaning products. Electricity and gas bills are shared and charged every two months. The house is fully equipped, has a washing machine (no dryer) and is located in Templeogue, with 24-hour buses and easy access to the city centre, also a parking space available inside de property or in front.
