We are looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy female tenant to join our home. This is a very quiet, clean and well-organised house. Most of us have been living together for quite some time, so we have created a really nice and friendly environment where everyone respects each other and feels comfortable at home. We are looking for someone who would fit naturally into that environment — ideally a non-smoker, clean and responsible, and someone who understands and enjoys living as part of a shared household. This is not a party house. We value a peaceful atmosphere, good communication, cleanliness and mutual respect. At the same time, it is a happy and sociable home — we like getting to know the people we live with rather than simply sharing the same address. The house is fully equipped, comfortable and kept to a very good standard. The first contact is important to us, as we want to make sure the room and the household are a good fit for both sides. We normally have a quick chat/video call first, followed by an in-person viewing if everything suits.
