Double room, available from 11th of November. This spacious room comes with a large closet and double bed. The room has 2 windows facing sunset (you will enjoy sunshine in the evenings). You will be sharing bathroom with one other tenant. About the house: The house has a big living room with fireplace and balcony. We have a big kitchen and dinning area and a backyard with a garden. The house is 12 minutes walk away from the Cork Opera house, the Blackpool shopping centre can be reached in less than 15 minute walking, and there are three parks in the area, including the Glen river park. The house has plenty of space in common areas and lots of light. The rent is due on the 11th of each month and it does not include bills. Additional expenses are shared evenly: Internet, electricity, gas and bins. Currently, there are two tenants: two females ages 27 and 30. We are looking for a tenant that is like-minded and would like to move in for at least 1 year. We want someone easy going and clean, that pays the bills on time. We do not smoke, we enjoy a quiet lifestyle and we take pride in keeping the house clean. For us, this house is our home, and we would like someone that help us take care of it as we do.
