You will share the bathroom with one other house guest, the house is alarmed also, the price includes all bills within reason, also a cleaning lady will change your bed once a week and clean your room, that is also included in the price. We are in close proximity to Dundrum, and an 8 minute walk to the Kilmacud Luas stop. We are a two minute walk to the Beacon hospital and the sandyford industrial estate we are also on the bus route to Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire and Tallagh. We have 2 very friendly springer spaniel dogs., so you must like dogs. No time wasters. Thank you
