he rental is of one bedroom in a shared house from 3/4 July to 7/8 August . 5 weeks in total, although a 3 or 4 week rental may be considered. We are looking for a person to share with the current tenant. The house is close to UCD Smurfit (within walking distance). It is set in a very nice little enclave of owner-occupied houses in Blackrock a middle class suburb of Dublin. Blackrock is within walking distance or a two stop bus ride away, there are several supermarkets there, Blackrock is near the sea and there are lots of lovely walks nearby. Dublin city centre is about 30 mins by bus and the bus stop is outside the Brooklawn complex. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and the other one is currently occupied. There is only one bathroom, If you have a bicycle you can keep it in the back garden. The area is safe for women walking alone. The kitchen is large and very well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. All bed linen and towels are provided you just need to bring your clothes. Rent is €265 per week, payable weekly in advance, the deposit is €600e paid as a booking fee.
