The house is ideally-located, being close to both the Dart and main bus route. Shops, pubs/restaurants/amenities are in close proximity too. You will be sharing with 2 males (myself, the son of the owner). We are friendly, sociable people, and like to keep the place tidy and clean. Utility bills are not included. Wifi is free and available to use. Overall, we are looking for 2 people to house-share with us, who are friendly, easy-going, and tidy. Also, we are looking for someone seeking a 1 year term minimum.
