We are conveniently located to a variety of buses including the 73, the 122, the 27, the 77a and the 151, all of which go to town. We are also located only 10 minutes away from the Blackhorse Luas stop. Rent (500 per month) and a deposit (500) would be required upfront on the date of move in. Heating/Electricity, WiFi and bins are included in the monthly rent and are shared amongst the 3 housemates. This ad is for a shared room with another male tenant. The room is only available until the 31st of August and must be vacated on/before that date. We have a cat and occasionally there will be another dog or a cat in the house as well as I do pet sitting once or twice a month. For this reason, you must be comfortable with pets in order to be considered.
