Looking for a new housemate to fill a double room with an en suite from now until the 25th of August. The house is located in Dublin 8 near the Liberties, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Grand Canal. Grafton street is about a 25 minute walk from the house. There is a bus top 2 minutes from the house for the 150 route and another bus stop 4 minutes from the house that sits along the 27, 74, 77A, 56A and 151 bus routes. You will be living with working people in their late 20s. This is a home with communal spaces and shared storage (especially in the kitchen). The rent does not include bills and these are approx. €60 per month but obviously prices are currently rising. There is a strict end to the rooms availability at the end of August.
