Bright Double Room in Friendly, Green East Cabra House Share – €675 + Bills Hi everyone! A double room is opening up in our home in East Cabra and we’d love to find a new housemate to join us. About the house It’s a bright 3-bedroom house with a spacious shared living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a lovely garden where we grow some of our own food. We love to think of our home as a fun, friendly, and safe little community rather than just a place to sleep. The two current housemates are a couple, but we have separate bedrooms, so everyone has plenty of their own space and the house dynamic feels really balanced, open, and easy-going. We both care a lot about making this a warm, cute, and welcoming place to live! We look after the garden ourselves, so there’s absolutely no expectation for you to garden—but if you love plants, nature, or fancy getting your hands dirty, you’re very welcome to join in. There is also a very sweet resident house cat who will be sharing the space with us. The Practical Stuff: Rent: €675/month. Bills: Split equally three ways. We try to keep them as low as possible by reviewing our energy, internet, and bins each year. Move-in: Ideally available from 16 September Who would suit the house: Vegetarian: We are a veggie household. If you are a conscious meat-eater who is deeply respectful of shared kitchen equipment and fridge space, we're open to that too! Work routine: Ideally someone working outside the house most of the week rather than working from home full-time. Clean & community-minded: Someone who wants to be apart of living together, sharing a chat, and keeping a clean, tidy home. Animal lover: Happy to live with our cat (and no additional pets, please).
