This is a calm, quiet house with 2 bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, well-equipped kitchen and lovely garden. Looking for a non-smoker/non-vaper only and preferably someone who is eco-friendly (e.g. uses eco-friendly products). There is only one bathroom in the house, shared by the occupants. The house is very well located, only 15 minutes from town by bus/Dart. Bus and Dart stations are only 5 or 10 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of supermarkets close by within walking distance as well. The house is located close to the sea and a large park if you like to spend time outdoors in nature.
