It has been recently renovated outside, elevator updated and last year the common areas have also been renovated. Apartment block is ideally located for traveling by car or public transport. Bus 49 stops just outside the door. Luas and other buses are only 5 minutes walk away. And if you drive, easy access to M50 and the secure underground parking place. There is a gym with a pool downstairs, as well as Lidl, Woodie's, and Polonez. Square shopping center is also 5 minutes walk away.
