Small double room available with lots of storage space in recently renovated house with fairly spacious sitting room, kitchen and two bathrooms, front garden/driveway and back garden. Rent is 500 per month for weekday rental to include bills for electricity, heating and internet. The rent is low as this is for a primarily weekday rental only, so not weekends. The house is located on a quiet street very close to old county road which has newsagent, cafe, butchers, pharmacy. It is also close to crumlin road with Dunnes Stores and number of takeaways. Supervalu on sundrive road also not too far away. Also close to Brickfields park and Eamonn Ceannt park. It is about 40/45 minute walk to city centre and 15 minute cycle. Close to lots of bus stops on crumlin road so takes about 20/25 minutes to get into town by bus. It is also about a 15 minute walk to suir road luas stop.
