Location: Situated in the heart of Bray. The property's excellent location provides easy access to public transport links, including the DART and buses right outside the door) Amenities: shops, restaurants, and recreational options, all just a short distance from the house. Seafront promenade, Bray Head, and town center are all walking distance. Bills: Electricity and Wi-Fi. Roughly 100 - 200 euro per month. Electricity can fluctuate depending on the month. Myself: I am originally from Killiney, I have been living in Bray for 5 years. I enjoy hiking, camping, backpacking, and yoga. I am usually away on some adventure most weekends. I am a psychotherapist and work in social housing. I work from home 3 days a week. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for full time remote workers.
