The room is available immediately for long-term occupancy. *Apartment Overview * Our apartment offers a modern and comfortable living space, featuring a recently refurbished interior completed one year ago. The spacious living room opens onto a large balcony, providing ample natural light and outdoor space. The layout includes a separate kitchen and living area. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. Weekly bin collection is managed by the apartment complex, and the property maintains a no-pets policy. The apartment is ideally situated with excellent transport links, including an 8-minute walk to Connolly Station, and the NCI Luas Red Line stop is directly outside the building, providing easy access to various parts of the city. Current Housemates The apartment is currently shared by two Irish male professionals: a 26-year-old working in finance for Ornua and a 24-year-old working in Google Sales. We keep the apartment very clean and tidy and are looking for a housemate who will maintain the same standards. We are outgoing and enjoy keeping fit through going to the gym and running, so ideally, we are looking for a housemate who is also sociable and enjoys keeping fit.
