Room available to share with 3 housemates (3 women from early 30s to early 40s, all designers / artists who WFH for part of the week). The house is very social, but relaxed e.g. we don't have too many big parties but friends are welcome to come over and hang out. We are looking for another woman who is friendly, respectful and clean, aged 28+, who can stay 6 months or longer. Sadly, pets are not allowed :( The house is close to town (about 15 min by bus or 40 min walking to Temple Bar for example). There is a beautiful park beside the house, lots of supermarkets within walking distance and lots of bus routes. We have lots of space for bicycles or a car. The room is small (approx 2.4 x 2.1 m) with a single bed. There is a good amount of space under the bed for storage, a built-in wardrobe, a mini chest beside the bed, and a chest of drawers just outside the room for extra storage. The room is south-facing so it gets a lot of sunlight and stays warm.
