The house is in a quiet residential area with a living room, kitchen and a utility/drying room. Parking is limited, so a noncar owner is preferred. There are bicycle racks, and the house is just a 3minute walk from a bus stop, making it convenient for the city centre, East Point, the airport and DCU. Bus routes include: 1, 16, 33, N4 and 41 (24 hours). The 101 and 740 routes are also nearby. The area is close to a gym, cinema and the Omni Shopping Centre.
