Room for rent in a house share, located within a 10-minute walk from Kilkenny city centre. The house will be shared with four other adults from around Kilkenny. (males aged mid-20s to 30s). We all work full-time, so the house is generally quiet during the day and relaxed in the evenings. The house is kept clean and neat. We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going and tidy. Rent is €450 a month, and bills (WiFi, bins, gas, electricity) are split between everyone. The kitchen & sitting room will be shared between all with the bathroom & WC shared between 4.
