There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, oven and utensils. The bathroom is spacious and has an electric shower. All utility bills are included. The apartment is very quiet, suitable for a person who wants to study and relax. Currently living in the apartment are two people: One full-time PhD student One professional who is also a part-time student The apartment has a calm and respectful atmosphere, ideal for studying, working and resting. From Monday to Friday the home is quiet and focussed on studying, reading and relaxation. We welcome someone who is friendly and considerate housemate and has similar priorities to us and appreciates a peaceful home environment. Guests are welcome on weekends for lunch or a chat. The rent is 850 euros per month. All utility bills are included. The contract is for six months, with the possibility of being extended. Non-smokers only.
