This double room is en-suite and in immaculate condition having been completely redecorated. The en-suite is brand new including a power shower. The bed is brand new. It is a king sized bed which can be converted into two single beds by unzipping the mattress. There is plenty of storage space for one or two people in the room. Each room is fitted with a modern smart electric thermal-oil heater. The curtains are black-out curtains. The kitchen is a newly fitted kitchen with oven/cooker, extractor fan, two fridges, a microwave, etc. There is a very large amount of private storage presses allocated to each room which do not have to be shared. The house itself is beautiful as can be seen from the photo. The current tenants are professionals and are very peaceful individuals committed to inter-house cleanliness and thoughtfulness for others. There is a rotating system where one person takes their turn to clean the kitchen, hall, stairs and landing once every five weeks. This works very well. There is a general house rule that everyone aims to keep noise levels down very low from 10 pm. This doesn't include showering - shower whenever whenever you need to. The location of the house is excellent as follows: 4 minute walk to the bus stop which is served by several different (and reliable) bus routes. 7 minute walk to the Killester Dart 5 minute to Centra & Spar 10 minute walk to Tesco & Lidl & Mr. Price 10 minute walk to St. Annes park. 4 minute walk to Allied Irish Bank, Credit Union, Pharmacy, Café, Nail salon, Barbers, etc. Artane is a great area and very safe area.
