Single Room to Rent in Westport – Private Bathroom – €800/month Bright and comfortable single room available to rent in a quiet house in Westport. The house will be shared only with me. The person renting the room will have their own private bathroom, located just outside the bedroom and for their exclusive use. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped. Rent is €800 per month, including internet/Wi-Fi and waste collection. Heating oil is not included and the cost will be shared equally between the two of us. The room will initially be offered on a 3-month agreement. After this period, if everything is working well for both of us, there will be the possibility to extend the agreement for a longer period.
