Large Double room with plenty of storage. Recently refurbished 3 bedroom Victorian House in the beautiful Donnybrook neighbourhood. Overlooking the river Dodder. There is a kitchen, dining room and a cosy sitting room. We've also a large mature garden and a HIIT training area. Local amenities are Herbert Park, the RDS and many restaurants and pubs. We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to share our home. The person moving in will need to be a dog lover as the house is shared with a middle-aged, affectionate dog. We're two guys in our early 30's and early 40's. We both enjoy hiking, good food and a movies. Please reply with some information about yourself.
