There are approximately seventy houses in the estate at present. The estate has its own Management Company called Forest Mill Management who maintain the estate. The House Layout. The house itself is composed of three floors. There is access to all floors of the house. There is a shared kitchen and Television room on the ground floor. The house has three bedrooms in use. Please follow the signs for Monksland and then on for Bealnamula. Continue through the three roundabouts from the M6 turn off.. Continue past the Industrial estate until you reach the turn. It is located after the Mill Bar. The house can be found in the second estate after the Mill Bar. The entrance of the estate has two large piers on either side of it. The Local Amenities. This estate is serviced by a local Community green area with playgrounds, a full sized Astro-Turf pitch, a range of Community Activities, a selection of education courses and community activities/events including a local walking group.
