Hello! We are looking for someone to join our house in Rialto. We are full time workers (3 women and 1 man) aged in our early 30s and our early 40s. Fully Double bedroom with wardrobe space available. The house has one complete shared bathroom and another -shared one with a toilet. The sharing spaces are the kitchen, living room and back yard. Excellent conection with the luas red line. The Rialto luas stop is 5 minutes walking from the house. We are looking for a woman to join our home. Someone who is easy-going , clean, tidy and considerate of others and that respects the quiet hours. You will be sharing with very independent people who value a peaceful and respectful living enviroment. Strictly no parties allowe in the house. Rent is 693 per month, payable on the move date 1st of July, as well as the deposit of 500. Bill are split between the 5 of us, alomg with cost for general shared household items.
